The Next Ivan Sharansky is a fast moving comedy for two which takes the “there are no small parts” maxim to a new level with an aspiring actor celebrating the promise of his audition for a dead body in a new film. We can only marvel at the passion to be a part of this deadly business called “show.”
You Still There? explores the many layers of emotions when two ancient, lifelong best friends wait out the twilight of their lives side-by-side in nursing home beds, they discover that, more than their husbands, more than their dreams coming true, and more than prayers and forgiveness, they simply need each other to get themselves through the greatest challenge, the greatest mystery, and the greatest moment of their lives. But don’t feel bad for these brassy broads! Their potty mouths and sassy sarcasm keep their spirits high as the bond of their friendship strengthens and grows right up to the end!
Honey… She’s Home is a playful but dark comedy involving a middle class American couple, Fred and Eugenia and their disconnection with their daughter Sylvie.
Sylvie comes home from rehab to find her parents throwing her a party! But one thing is missing: any acknowledgment of her addiction or the work she has done to overcome it.
